The Role

• Lead and manage your store team, with support from an assistant manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including inventory management, product display, and daily operations.
• Be responsible for personnel, including scheduling and employee development.
• Manage recruitment to build and grow your store team.
• Liaise with regional management to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training, ideally with retail management experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week training program in a designated training store.
