We're hiring on behalf of a leading player in the energy infrastructure sector, contributing significantly to the energy transition in Western Germany. This is an opportunity to join a company focused on building and modernizing critical energy facilities, playing a vital role in achieving climate protection goals through large-scale substation projects.

The Role

• Assembling steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear (up to 380kV).
• Installing high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting hardware.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly.
• Reviewing and annotating plan documents for ongoing project documentation.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a locksmithing trade (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in locksmithing or related fields such as construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments during the week, including overnight stays in Western Germany.
• Good German language skills and a proactive, motivated work ethic.
