Commercial Solutions Engineer

Semrush Inc. is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to design and implement data-driven solutions that showcase the full power of our global SaaS marketing platform. In this role, you'll partner closely with sales, product, and customer success to lead technical discovery, architect Semrush-based workflows, and build integrations that solve complex SEO, PPC, and content marketing challenges for enterprise and mid-market clients. You'll run tailored demos, proofs of concept, and pilots, translating business goals into scalable technical designs while influencing product direction. Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to scope and design Semrush-based solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients
• Lead technical discovery to understand client marketing stacks, data flows, and KPIs
• Configure, demo, and prototype Semrush integrations and workflows for prospect needs
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and documentation
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap and resolve complex use cases
• Support proof-of-concept and pilot implementations, ensuring measurable success metrics
• Provide technical enablement to account executives and customer success teams
• Create reusable solution blueprints, playbooks, and best-practice assets
• Troubleshoot performance, data, and integration issues pre- and post-sale
• Contribute to a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture through feedback and insights
