Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Informatica ETL/Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, ETL workflows, data ingestion from diverse source systems, and production support.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Informatica Power center, source-to-target mapping, data quality management, performance optimization, and batch job scheduling in large enterprise environments.

Strong analytical and communication skills with experience working in structured SDLC environments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data engineering solutions.

Required skills:

• 8 years of Experience as a Data Engineer/Systems Analyst designing, developing, and supporting data integration solutions in an enterprise environment
• 8 years of Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, sessions, workflows, and reusable transformations
• 8 years of Experience ingesting data from multiple heterogeneous source systems (flat files, APIs, relational databases, mainframe extracts, etc.) into Oracle databases
• 8 years Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, including stored procedures, packages, and performance tuning of ETL-related queries
• 8 years of Experience with Snowflake, including data loading, schema design, and query performance optimization
• 8 years of Experience with Informatica Power center / Informatica Cloud Data Integration for cloud-based ETL/ELT development
• 8 years of Experience gathering data requirements, performing source-to-target mapping, and documenting data flow/design specifications
• 8 years of Experience troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues, job failures, and performance bottlenecks in production ETL pipelines
• 8 years of Experience with job scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or Informatica scheduler) supporting batch data loads

Preferred skills:

• 3 years of Experience with SAP Business Objects Universe design and/or maintenance 11
