Sales Executive - Workday

Manage current key customers in specific markets across North America. Develop new customers in the respective markets. Support the organization’s key goals, objectives, and strategies through sales and marketing activity. Achieves sales goals for assigned product lines through the effective marketing of Luxfer cylinders. Develops accurate sales forecast data of assigned customers to assist in the Sales & Operations Planning function of the company.

Coordinates with the Sales Operations Manager to help production and engineering plan supply strategies to ensure the timely delivery of cylinders to customer specifications. Develops plans and strategies to ensure the continuing success of Luxfer in the cylinder market, and takes advantage of market opportunities through the development of new products, new markets, and new customers. Maintains customer relationship by being the liaison between the company and the customer. Negotiates customer agreements. Reporting all customer contacts and critical communications with detailed reports.

Conducting and/or constructing training programs for end users, customers, and employees. Works closely with other Sales and Marketing personnel to share information and best practices.

Travel Requirements: Travel up to 40% of the time is required to conduct face-to-face meetings with principals. Bachelors Degree is required
Demonstrated ability to use business software systems Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents.
