Business Systems Analyst IV - Enterprise Capacity Management
Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Preferred)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst IV to support the Enterprise Capacity Management Program. This role will focus on enterprise-wide capacity planning, demand forecasting, governance reporting, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration across technology domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, executive reporting, enterprise IT operations, capacity management, dashboard development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or related experience
• Experience supporting enterprise IT, infrastructure, operations, or technology organizations
• Capacity Management, Demand Management, Forecasting, or Resource Planning experience
• Executive reporting and governance forum support
• Requirements gathering and functional specification documentation
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and KPI development skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and driving outcomes
• Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools
• UAT coordination, test planning, and test execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise Capacity Management programs
• Infrastructure Operations or Monitoring environments
• Observability platforms (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.)
• ITIL framework knowledge
• NIST, FFIEC, Regulatory Compliance awareness
• Data Mapping and Systems Integration experience
• Banking or Financial Services experience
