Job description
Role - Azure Cloud Engineer
Location - Remote
Required Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and automation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data integration processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Azure Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
- Experience with Azure databases, application services, secure connectivity, and multi-environment deployments.
- Understanding of API integration, authentication mechanisms, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with application security testing, including DAST, vulnerability remediation, and secure development practices.
- Experience with root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, automated testing, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical assignments independently while maintaining accountability for quality and delivery.
