The Role

• Transition a state-of-the-art IoT security solution from development to customer deployment.
• Develop new features, assist end-users, and coordinate with technical partners for integration.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the deployed application, ensuring its optimal performance.
• Manage user onboarding and provide ongoing user support.
• Actively research and integrate new data sources and technologies to meet program demands.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical partners and data source providers.

What You'll Need

• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience (10 years without a degree).
• Four years of professional experience in Python development.
• Expertise in scripting (Python, shell scripting) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Proficiency with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
