1. Clinical Informatics / EHR Expertise o Subject Matter Expert (SME) in EHR/EMR systems o Ambulatory clinical workflows o EHR implementation, optimization, and support o Clinical best practices and regulatory compliance

2. EMR/EHR Implementation & Workflow Optimization o End-to-end implementation experience o Workflow analysis and gap analysis o Process improvement and customization o User adoption and system optimization

3. Healthcare Domain Knowledge o Ambulatory care o Disease state management o Clinical operations o Physician practice workflows o Patient care and medication management

4. Stakeholder Training & User Support o Training providers and clinical staff o End-user support o Documentation and communication o Change management

5. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration o Managing EHR projects o Working with business, technical, and clinical teams o Gap analysis o Jira/Agile exposure preferred
