DevOps Engineer - DV cleared

DevOps Engineer - Linux +12 months + +On site in Hampshire +Outside IR35 +£600 - £700 a day +DV cleared role - current active clearance is essential +Sole British national only - due to the nature of the project We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared DevOps Engineer to join a high-profile defence programme, supporting the delivery and operation of secure, mission-critical infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer with strong Linux administration skills and a solid DevOps background, working within highly secure environments.

Key Responsibilities Build, automate and maintain secure Linux-based environments.<br />Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.<br />Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers and associated services.<br />Deploy and manage containerised applications.<br />Work closely with infrastructure, software and security teams to deliver resilient platforms.<br />Monitor, maintain and optimise system performance and availability.

Essential Skills Active DV Clearance.<br />Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).<br />DevOps tooling including Jenkins, Git, GitLab or Azure DevOps.<br />Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.<br />Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.<br />Bash and/or Python scripting.<br />Experience with version control (Git).<br />Knowledge of networking, system hardening and security best practices.If you'd like to discuss this DevOps Engineer role in more detail, please send your updated CV to (url removed) and I will get in touch
