Healthcare M&A Analyst - global boutique investment bank - Goodman Masson

A well-regarded global boutique investment bank is expanding it's London Healthcare M&A team due to deal flow and growth.

Their Healthcare focus centres on Provider Services, Medical Devices, Pharma Services and Managed Care. Deals are broadly 100-500m.

They are interested in Healthcare M&A professionals (mid-market and large IBs) and also Big 4/Accountancy practice FDD and M&A professionals. Prior Healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
2. Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
3. Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
4. Conducting industry research
5. Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
6. Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

1. Possess a high calibre academic profile
2. Have a keen interest in specialising in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A
3. You will have accrued prior Healthcare M&A experience - within a mid-market boutique, large IB or a Big 4/Accountancy practice FDD and M&A professionals
4. Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
5. High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
