The Role

• Execute low and medium voltage cable installations, house connections, and general electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot issues, lay cables, and install support systems.
• Install and commission transformer substations and low/medium voltage switchgear.
• Perform mast installations, including foundations and fitting attachments for overhead lines and street lighting.
• Conduct minor excavation work for installing poles or distribution cabinets, laying cables, and operating construction machinery.
• Undertake maintenance and repair of electrical supply facilities, including emergency response services.

What You'll Need

• Technical or construction-related education (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, Construction Technician) with an interest in specialized installation work.
• A valid driver's license (Class B required, C/CE desirable).
• Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation.
• German language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Reliability, strong commitment, assertiveness, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
