Marketing & Recruiting Specialist with a background in life insurance and annuity sales
. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who understands the insurance industry and enjoys building relationships, recruiting agents, and helping grow a successful financial services organization. Responsibilities
Recruit licensed Life & Health insurance professionals. Develop and execute recruiting and marketing campaigns.

Generate qualified agent leads through social media, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the onboarding process. Support seminars, educational workshops, and community marketing events. Assist with branding and digital marketing initiatives. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective advisors. Qualifications
Previous experience in
Life Insurance and Annuity sales required. Strong understanding of indexed annuities, retirement planning, and insurance products. Experience recruiting insurance agents is preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities. Experience using CRM and social media marketing platforms is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
