The Role • Lead technical and operational aspects of a vehicle glass service center. • Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including ADAS calibration. • Manage customer consultations from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, customer funds, and order dispatch. • Ensure quality assurance, inventory management, and adherence to audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification if not already possessed. • A valid Class B driver's license and good command of German. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC skills. • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
