Authentication and Identity Security Project Manager - Local to San Antonio only! Face to face interview (114310-1)

Lead and manage authentication and identity security projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operations. Coordinate implementation and migration activities involving authentication platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance solutions. Gather and translate business and security requirements into project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Develop project roadmaps, manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Facilitate collaboration between Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, Vendor, and Business teams. Drive governance activities including project status reporting, executive updates, steering committee meetings, and risk reviews. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities with external partners. Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls. Track project KPIs, milestones, resource allocation, and overall program health. Oversee user adoption, communication plans, training, and operational readiness activities.
