The Role

• Support the preparation and execution of production processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and inspect production machinery and systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Implement quality assurance measures and ensure adherence to stringent industry standards.
• Manage material flow and oversee its smooth transition through production.
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks for production equipment and facilities.
• Assist in documenting production data and contribute to process optimization efforts.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Production Specialist (m/f/d) or in a related chemical-technical field.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
• Strong technical understanding and a meticulous, safe work approach.
• Team spirit, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good German language proficiency for documentation and communication.
• Basic IT skills (MS Office) are advantageous.
