The Role

• Co-therapeutically guide and support patient conversations to enhance therapeutic processes.
• Plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic group sessions to foster participant development and exchange.
• Provide support during mealtimes and exposure exercises, aiding in patient stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable observations and assessments.
• Offer holistic and empathetic patient support throughout their treatment journey.
• Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and coverage.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator (m/w/d).
• Prior experience in psychosomatic, psychiatric settings, or residential care is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for the role.
