Were particularly interested in people who:
- Are comfortable applying engineering principles and analytical thinking to real-world problems.
- Want to be actively involved in projects rather than focusing solely on isolated technical tasks.
- Have a practical, solutions-focused approach to fire engineering.
- Communicate clearly and are confident contributing to collaborative design teams.
- Are keen to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility.
- A relevant degree in Fire Engineering or another STEM discipline.
- Working knowledge of UK fire safety design guidance, such as BS 9991, BS 9999 and Approved Document B, and an understanding of how this guidance is applied in practice.
