The Role

• Accurately locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
• Ensure the correct items are selected and packaged for customer pick-up.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary, consulting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Dispense online orders to customers efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
