Full-time Monday to Friday

Are you looking to start your career in recruitment? We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and busy temporary recruitment team.

This Recruitment Resourcer role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to build a long-term career. As part of this role, you'll complete a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, earning a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy recruitment environment. You'll earn while you learn, receiving full training and support from experienced recruiters every step of the way.

Whether you're leaving school or college, have some office experience, or are simply looking for a fresh challenge, this Recruitment Resourcer opportunity will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to build a successful career.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant, helping to find great candidates, guide them through the registration process, and make sure they're ready to start work. Every day is different, giving you the chance to develop new skills, build confidence, and learn how a successful recruitment team operates.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will:
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising
  • Speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience
  • Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
  • Carry out compliance and right-to-work checks
  • Create and manage job adverts
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
  • Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date
  • Support onboarding and candidate aftercare
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and providing great service

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, and you'll work towards a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable experience on the job.
