The Role • Accompany and foster children on their journey to becoming confident and responsible individuals. • Contribute to the continuous development of the educational concept. • Independently plan and implement pedagogical activities. • Participate actively in parent events and conduct parent, development, and conflict resolution meetings. • Mentor and guide trainees and interns, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of professionals.
