What You'll Do
As a Sales Person, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every customer while helping them find the vehicle that best fits their needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Welcome customers with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
Build genuine relationships and establish trust with customers
Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and wants
Showcase vehicles and confidently demonstrate features, technology, and benefits
Conduct engaging test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Present purchase options and assist customers throughout the sales process
Work with management and the finance team to help customers complete their purchase
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on available inventory
Keep vehicles properly displayed and merchandised to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout the customer experience
Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals
