The Role

• Own and coordinate workstreams from receipt through to completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLAs, optimising routes and productivity.
• Proactively identify and address potential streetworks noticing issues to ensure compliance and minimise financial risks.
• Maintain accurate records and manage information within works management systems.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
• Provide timely reporting and contribute innovative solutions to the team.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a utilities environment is ideal.
• Proven experience in a planning or coordination role.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and a logical approach.
• Understanding of NRSWA compliance and streetworks legislation.
