The Role
- Act as the primary contact for the operational team before works commence, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Take full accountability for the planning and streetworks aspects of all projects prior to site commencement.
- Coordinate workstreams from receipt through to completion, managing job orders in line with SLAs.
- Identify and address potential noticing issues early to ensure compliance and minimize financial impact.
- Maintain accurate and timely input of information into works management systems, escalating any issues as needed.
- Ensure client and operational requirements are met efficiently and professionally, while optimizing routes and productivity.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in utilities planning or a similar coordination role is ideal.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload, multitask effectively, and perform under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with NRSWA regulations and streetworks compliance.
- Familiarity with works management systems and reporting.
