Commercial Director - Insurance

My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Director to take ownership of written-lines tenders and complex renewal exercises, while overseeing, coaching and developing junior Project Managers and Associates.

You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts across the full client lifecycle, lead tenders, renewals and other market-facing projects. You'll also provide high-quality day-to-day client service and act as a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

The following skills / experience is essential:

1. Previous Insurance experience
2. Ideally have managed your own client Portfolio
3. Strong background in client service and and managing complex renewals.
4. Previous mentoring or leadership experience
5. Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £100,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
