We are seeking a Sports-minded Marketing Associate to join a small, collaborative team focused on team or league marketing. This role supports brand promotion, lead generation, sales, and customer service while providing opportunities to develop expertise in event marketing and grow toward event marketing leadership. Occasional local travel for sporting events and partner activities is expected. Responsibilities
Promote team or league brands through engaging marketing initiatives. Generate and qualify leads through campaigns and partner activities.

Support sales efforts and contribute to achieving team goals. Deliver responsive, professional customer service. Assist with event marketing for sporting events and community activities. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional projects and activities. Travel locally on occasion to support sporting events and partners. Build experience and leadership capabilities in event marketing.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience or interest in event marketing. Strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
