Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). Remote
Primary Location: San Francisco, CA
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). Remote for our premier client in San Francisco, CA.
Education and Experience

12+ years in enterprise engineering, including 8+ on Salesforce and 5+ on Salesforce

Certifications

Required: Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, or equivalent demonstrable ARM delivery.
Preferred: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist; architect-level credentials (Application, System, Integration, or Data Architect, or Technical Architect); Platform Developer II; Salesforce CPQ Specialist; a professional-level cloud or data certification.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Integration and migration

Define integration contracts and failure handling for every connected system, set the load patterns into ARM, and plan how legacy CPQ and ARM coexist.

Catalog, pricing, and quoting

Design the attribute-based catalog, the product master feed into ARM, declarative pricing, and quoting patterns.
Orders, assets, and billing
Design order orchestration, the asset lifecycle, and billing schedules so cutover produces no duplicate invoices.
