A well-established, locally owned restaurant group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support its multi-location operations. Bring your accounting expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit to a team where your work makes an impact!

Staff Accountant Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
  • Reconcile daily sales and deposits
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and review variances
  • Reconcile payroll and inventory accounts
  • Support sales tax reporting and audits
  • Maintain accurate records and controls

Staff Accountant Requirements

  • Two or more years of accounting experience
  • Experience with reconciliations and month-end close
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • Restaurant or Multi-Unit Oversight
