The Role

• Active operation of production plant machinery
• Loading raw materials into equipment
• Documenting processes within the production area
• Monitoring all work processes
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field
• Willingness to work in shifts (Konti-Schicht)
• Good German language skills
• Conscientiousness and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
