LIMS BA
Onsite at Hartford, CT
Client is undergoing a major multi-year upgrade to replace its legacy Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The initiative is part of a broader statewide Health Information Technology (IT) modernization plan intended to improve data integrity, increase security, and streamline reporting for tests like newborn screening
Qualifications / Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare, public health, or laboratory environments
- High proficiency with SQL and database management
- High proficiency in technical writing, generating process documentation, wire framing and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Experience with LIMS platforms, healthcare data standards (HL7), or disease surveillance systems is desired but not mandatory
