Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect/Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) / formerly IT Business Management (ITBM)
• Strong knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Strategic Planning
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including:
• JavaScript
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Policies / UI Actions
• ACLs
• Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Experience with ServiceNow data model, tables, relationships, and CMDB integration
• Ability to develop custom applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and upgrade-safe customization
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support

Architect-Level Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow SPM architecture and technical strategy
• Lead SPM implementations and integrations
• Design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Provide technical leadership to developers
• Review technical designs and code
• Define integration and data architecture
• Work with stakeholders to establish SPM roadmaps and solution architecture
• Identify opportunities to improve existing ServiceNow SPM processes and configurations

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow SPM / PPM certification or implementation experience
• Experience with Agile Development / SAFe
• Experience with IntegrationHub
• Experience with Performance Analytics
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Knowledge of UI Builder / Service Portal
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
• Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments
