Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN | Outpatient | 8109-4 Alexandria Pk, Alexandria, KY 41001

Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Alexandria, Kentucky. We’re welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates.

For most Full-Time outpatient clinicians, H2 Health generally targets approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden.

At H2 Health – Alexandria, you’ll join a team that has served the community for more than 20 years and work with a diverse outpatient population. You’ll collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence across a variety of rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

  • Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
  • Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification, if applicable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
