Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

Location: 100% work from home / Fully remote

Salary: £35k- £40k base salary + awesome benefits

This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant, Dynamics 365 Consultant.

What you ll be doing

• Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
• Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues
• Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients
• Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
• Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience

What you ll bring

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrations
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows

Desirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
