Business Analyst - Insurance, Claims, CRM, Agile £ Market Rate (Inside IR35) Brighton / London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) 6 months My client is a high-profile Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Business Analyst with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisations<br />Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories<br />Capability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniques<br />Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set up<br />Previous experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understood<br />Strong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes)<br />Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement<br />Experience of working in Agile delivery practices<br />Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills<br />Flexible approach towards hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite)<br />Nice to have: Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects<br />Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar<br />Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / PeoplesoftImmediate availability If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.<br />If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
