Ivanti Developer

Introduction:

This role involves configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform, specifically focusing on Ivanti ITSM and Ivanti Neurons. The ideal candidate will have experience with various ITSM platforms and a strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, and support the Ivanti ITSM platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITSM solutions
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the ITSM platform
• Implement best practices for Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and SQL
• Integrate with REST APIs/JSON for data exchange
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD or DevOps practices

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Ivanti ITSM or Ivanti Neurons
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
• Experience with REST APIs/JSON

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices
