  • Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
  • Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
  • Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $16 per hour
  • Part-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law

Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a collaborative, clinician-driven team that values growth, mentorship, and making a meaningful impact. Whether you're just getting started or exploring a future in physical therapy, this role offers hands-on experience in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
