SEN / SEND Tutor | Nottingham, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are working with schools and local authorities to provide essential support for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking passionate educators to help us transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners through flexible and trauma-informed tutoring. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated SEND support team.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
