Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Interface / Data Innovations Analyst with hands-on experience in Data Innovations (DI) use and rule build. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting laboratory interfaces, middleware, instrument integrations, and troubleshooting data flow between laboratory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and validate laboratory instrument interfaces and middleware using Data Innovations (DI).

• Perform hands-on DI rule build, configuration, and updates based on business and technical requirements.

• Support the integration of laboratory instruments with Epic Beaker and related laboratory systems.

• Monitor and validate data flow between laboratory instruments, middleware, Epic Beaker, and downstream systems.

• Troubleshoot interface, middleware, and instrument integration issues and assist with root-cause analysis.

• Partner with technical, laboratory, and application teams to identify and resolve interface-related issues.

• Validate interface functionality and data integrity during testing, implementation, and production support.

• Assist with interface changes, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.

• Document interface configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and resolution details.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable and accurate laboratory data exchange.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Data Innovations (DI).

• Strong experience with DI rule build and configuration.

• Experience supporting laboratory instrument interfaces and middleware.

• Experience with instrument integration and interface troubleshooting.

• Understanding of data flow between laboratory instruments, middleware, and clinical/laboratory applications.

• Experience working with Epic Beaker or other laboratory information systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Beaker AP/CP environments.

• Experience with laboratory information systems and clinical interfaces.

• Experience with interface testing, validation, and production support.

• Experience collaborating with laboratory, application, and technical teams.
