Description:

AgreeYa is global Integrator and seeking Senior MADTech Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, real-time data streaming, and MarTech execution. This is a highly hands-on engineering role working closely with the technical lead, implementation teams, and strategic technology partners including Google, GrowthLoop, and MetaRouter.

The engineer will build and optimize core pipeline components spanning real-time event ingestion, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, Vertex AI, and Google Reasoning Engine, with a strong focus on low-latency, production-grade solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software/data engineering experience in modern cloud environments; Google Cloud Platform preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and Pub/Sub.
• Experience building application-layer solutions within the Google Cloud / Vertex AI ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying real-time event streaming pipelines, API integrations, and tag-routing systems.
• Experience with MetaRouter, Segment, Tealium, or similar customer/event data routing platforms.
• Experience integrating batch and real-time data feeds into BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
• Working knowledge of Google Reasoning Engine and experience building/optimizing agentic decisioning logic.
• Experience integrating with GrowthLoop for audience membership/segment syndication and Optimizely for feature flags and targeting.
• Strong understanding of real-time vs. batch architecture, low-latency processing, data privacy, and system reliability.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, standups, and joint engineering sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Google, GrowthLoop, and MetaRouter ecosystems.
• Experience with Vertex AI / Reasoning Engine and AI-driven decisioning.
• Experience with MarTech, AdTech, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and dynamic optimization platforms.
• Experience with Java or Go in addition to Python.
• Experience integrating downstream platforms such as REACH, GMP, Ad-Tech, and Real-Time App Overlays.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
