Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Administer and secure enterprise database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB. • Implement DISA STIGs, execute vulnerability remediation, and manage IAVA patching across database environments. • Support system authorization activities, RMF processes, and database recovery operations.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Implement, audit, and maintain DISA STIG and SRG security compliance across relational and NoSQL databases. • Perform regular vulnerability scans, evaluate discrepancies, and document Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&&M). • Support RMF processes and contribute to Authority to Operate (ATO) packages in coordination with ISSOs. • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle and other RDBMS software, including CPU and IAVA patches. • Troubleshoot complex database problems, perform database recovery actions, and monitor system health. • Develop, modify, and optimize database scripts and complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for operational requirements. • Collaborate with Agile development teams to provide cybersecurity oversight and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
