Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with extensive experienceimplementing and supporting Strategic Portfolio Management solutions and astrong foundation in the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging AI-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and businessoutcomes.

This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development,integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow SPM Development? Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including:o Demand Managemento Project Portfolio Managemento Project Managemento Program Managemento Agile Development Resource Managemento Financial Planningo Portfolio Managemento Intake workflowso Financial tracking solutionso Portfolio health dashboards? Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategicobjectives.? Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow bestpractices.? Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives.? Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project managementactivities using AI-driven solutions. Required QualificationsExperience? 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.? 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.? Experience working in Agile delivery environments.? Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.Preferred Certifications? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator? ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperThe ideal candidate should demonstrate an AI-First ServiceNow Developer mindset:? Uses AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality.?
