We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager Oracle to support Oracle applications, drive user adoption, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery and utilization of Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer success and stakeholder relationships for Oracle applications and Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Oracle application adoption, user engagement, and business value.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support, technical teams, and implementation partners to resolve issues and escalations.
  • Monitor application performance, user feedback, service levels, and success metrics.
  • Support change management, training, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Oracle processes, workflows, and applications.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, issue tracking, and escalation management.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business Relationship Management, Application Management, or IT Service Management.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Applications / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and enterprise IT teams.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, application support, user adoption, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
  • Experience with Oracle implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformation projects.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
