We're hiring on behalf of a leading national provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 45 years of experience and a vast team dedicated to delivering comfort solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a company known for its expansive reach and commitment to customer satisfaction.

What to expect in this role:

• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and air conditioning system needs and present replacement solutions.
• Inspect existing HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements) to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call, consultative environment.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience and collaborate with installation teams.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Prior in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with one-call close experience.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces for equipment inspection.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
