Support and enhance Human Capital Management (HCM) technology environment, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This senior-level position is responsible for leading business application support, process improvements, system enhancements, and vendor management activities while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders

* Serve as the primary functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including:

* Learning Management System (LMS)

* Performance Management

* Goals

* Multi-Rater Feedback

* Calibration

* Reporting

* Interface Feeds

* Security and Access Management

* Platform Administration

* Provide Tier 2 support for business users and escalate issues to SAP or third-party vendors as needed.

* Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and application issues.

* Manage support tickets through resolution and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

* Ensure system changes are properly documented, tested, and implemented.

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline with at least 5-7 years of systems experience.

In lieu of a degree, must have 8 years related work experience and a minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration and support experience

* Multi-Rater Feedback

* Calibration

* Reporting

* Security Administration

* Platform Support

* Experience managing vendor support tickets and working directly with SAP and third-party providers.

* Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing testing, and implementing system changes.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

* Strong documentation and process management skills.

* Ability to work independently following onboarding and training.
