The Role

• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at Splash Waterworld, supervising pool areas and flumes.
• Support resort operations by cleaning accommodation on specific days of the week.
• Lead and assist with poolside activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Work collaboratively across different teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all safety-related duties.

What You'll Need

• Ability to "Get Stuck In" and embrace a flexible, multi-tasking work environment.
• A warm, engaging approach to customer service and interaction.
• Willingness to be tested on swimming ability, including speed, treading water, surface diving, and unaided pool exit.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
• Team player mentality, comfortable working with diverse groups of people.
