Job Title: Adobe Architect (AEP / AJO)
Location: NYC, NY Hybrid, 3 days onsite

JD Summary:

Seeking an experienced Adobe Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design and lead enterprise customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and integrate Adobe solutions, including AEP, AJO, AEM, Workfront, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

  • Design real-time customer profiles, segmentation, identity resolution, data flows, and personalization strategies.

  • Guide frontend architecture using React/Next.js and integrate with Adobe platforms.

  • Implement Agentic AI solutions for campaign optimization, content generation, personalization, and journey orchestration.

  • Develop unified customer data models and analytics strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.

  • Lead stakeholder discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture standards.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

  • Enterprise Solution Architecture

  • Customer Data Platform (CDP), real-time profiles, and segmentation

Secondary Skills: AEM, Workfront, CJA, React/Next.js, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
