We're hiring for a leading retail services organization known for its innovative approach to merchandising and field execution. The Role

• Lead and manage a team of over 100 merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within a designated market.
• Ensure high-quality execution of key merchandising initiatives, including category resets, new item introductions, stocking, audits, and data collection.
• Drive recruitment and training efforts for assigned employees, focusing on developing a flexible labor pool.
• Maintain a high on-time project execution rate and achieve critical financial metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel frequently to retail locations to engage with employees and clients, ensuring execution excellence.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or field operations.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and manage hourly employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel approximately 65% of the time.
