As a Technology Program Lead , you will:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-business technology programs by aligning teams, priorities, funding, ownership, and delivery commitments.
• Translate strategic technology priorities and roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Drive program execution through governance, leadership reviews, milestone tracking, escalation forums, and regular operating cadences.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, decision gaps, and competing priorities impacting delivery.
• Coordinate business, technology, architecture, engineering, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, finance, and vendor stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead strategic initiatives across AI enablement, data strategy, platform modernization, technology rationalization, and operating model transformation.
• Track program performance, financials, milestones, commitments, benefits, and KPIs to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business and technology value.
• Partner with CIOs and senior technology leaders to provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions required, and recommended actions.
• Influence teams without direct authority by establishing accountability, building alignment, resolving conflicts, and driving commitments through completion.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve program planning, analysis, reporting, risk identification, decision support, and overall delivery effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience leading and executing complex technology programs, preferably within Insurance or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software development, technology platforms, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and emerging AI technologies.
• Proven ability to identify and manage complex dependencies, risks, milestones, and competing priorities across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to operate effectively without direct authority over the teams responsible for delivery.
• Excellent PowerPoint and data visualization skills, with demonstrated ability to turn complex information into concise executive-level insights.
• Strong proficiency using AI capabilities and tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity and decision support.
• Strong interest and curiosity in technology innovation, AI, and designing more efficient ways of working.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, and related program and collaboration tools.
• Product Owner, Business Analyst, engineering, or technology delivery experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, structured problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $90 - $95 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
