SAP RISE PM
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the migration of an on-premise environment to SAP Cloud S/4HANA through the SAP RISE program. This role involves managing the project plan, deliverables, and timelines for the migration of Finance, MDG, and GRC systems. The ideal candidate will partner with internal stakeholders and manage the migration project, ensuring a successful transition to the new environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration from an on-premise environment to the SAP RISE with S/4HANA cloud environment.
• Develop and manage the project plan, focusing on deliverables and timelines for the migration project.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the system integrator to execute the project plan.
• Manage the migration of Finance, MDG, and GRC modules to the new platform.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP partners, and technical teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Oversee project milestones to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate go-live and cutover activities, with potential travel to Salisbury, NC.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

• Proven project management experience migrating on-premise SAP environments to SAP RISE with S/4HANA.
• Experience in a senior role, preferably within a large-scale or Fortune 100 company environment.
• Demonstrated success leading complex ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and GRC, specifically within a Finance context.
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migration projects, particularly involving Azure to SAP Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
