Job Description

40% - Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending intermediate to advanced solutions to employee human resources issues relating to various HR programs and policies, including but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, etc.
20% - Performs intermediate and interpretive analysis & research related to payroll, benefits, and employment processing. Responsible for timely and accurate processing, audits, and related processes for our internal clients, external benefit carriers, and state/federal compliance requirements.
20% - Identifies areas requiring specialized, advanced information, or policy interpretation and escalate to People Solutions Manager while maintaining a high-level of awareness of client/employee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and executes to meet requirements.
20% - Takes on special projects as assigned in support of the People Resources strategy. Assists with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement of process workflow across human resource programs, including all functional areas (but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, etc.).
Manage employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, military leave, and state-specific leave requirements.
